Deliveries & Returns


freddie & tilly aim to dispatch orders the same day to mainland UK addresses on a standard delivery, subject to stock availability. However, throughout the year delivery times may differ and at busy times this may take slightly longer. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email of the delay as soon as possible.  Please note once an item has been left in the designated safe location we cannot be held responsible for the parcel after this.

freddie & tilly believe in recycling where we can.  All orders where possible, will be shipped using recycled boxes.  freddie & tilly believe in being environmentally friendly.

Postage and packaging charges for standard UK mainland deliveries is calculated in accordance to the weight of your basket at the checkout - £5.99

Returns

 Returns
We believe that satisfying our customers is essential in progressing as a business. Although we hope that you will be delighted with your order, we understand there are occasions in which you want to return goods. You can return items to us within seven working days of receipt. Please remember that if you decide within the first seven working days of receipt that the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. All we ask is that you check your order within 48hrs of receiving it and that you are happy with it and notify us of any damages received whilst being shipped to you. 
We kindly ask that you still return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a resalable condition. We are not able to refund postage charges for none damaged or faulty goods but we will send any exchanges or replacements free of postage charges. Returned unwanted items by the customer, which then get damaged in transit, we are not held responsible for. This will be down to the customer to claim compensation from their shipping provider. When returning items, please ensure the item is insured by your shipping provider, as freddie and tilly are not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods from customers.
Please contact our customer services by email at
mail to: freddieandtilly@yahoo.com stating your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. In the case of a damaged product, please email an image for us to pass on to quality control.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or damaged, please notify us within 28 working days of receiving the goods and have a valid proof of purchase. If the item is damaged or faulty on receipt of delivery, please return the item to us. We will refund your original carriage charge and send a replacement free of delivery charges. Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you request proof of postage and to ensure that the item is insured, as we will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage.  All we ask is that you return the goods in suitable packaging to avoid any further damages.  ​
